    What is Gastric Ulcer?
Gastric ulcer is a disease of the stomach and it is the most visible sign of peptic ulcer disease also called stomach ulcer .It is painful sores that can be found in the stomach lining or small intestine. I had a gastric ulcer when I worked in Beijing, stomach ulcer is easily cured, but they can become serous without proper treatment.
What Causes Stomach Ulcers and what is common symptoms?
According to the experts, stomach ulcers aren’t necessarily caused by one single. For example: smoking, frequent use of steroids (such as those for treating asthma), hypercalcemia (overproduction of calcium), family history of stomach ulcers, being over 50 years old excessive and consumption of alcohol. The most common symptom is a burning sensation or pain in the area between our chest and belly button. It can cause weight loss, dislike eating because of pain, nausea or vomiting, bloating and burping. Normally, the pain will be more intense when your stomach is empty and it can last for a few minutes or several hours.
    Treatment
Treatment will depend on different symptoms, so you should have a clearly record about your symptoms to show the doctor and ask for suitable treatments. Usually the doctor will monitor your stomach, if you have an actively bleeding ulcer, you’ll likely be hospitalized for intensive treatment with IV ulcer medications, and you may also require blood transfusion. In very rare cases, a complicated stomach ulcer will require surgery. Therefore, we should keep balance diet, have a good lives habits, less smoke and alcohol and eat every meal on time.

    Rhinitis
Rhinitis or coryza is irritation and inflammation of the mucous membrane inside the nose. Common symptoms are a stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing, and post-nasal drip.
When I was born I suffered from rhinitis. My father also had this illness. So, I was given this illness. Sometimes I can not normally breath, I know there is snot in my nose, but I can not exclude it. Snot block the gallery of nose.
In the case of infectious rhinitis, vaccination against influenza viruses, adenoviruses, measles, rubella, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, diphtheria, Bacillus anthracis, and Bordetella pertussis may even help prevent it. My father took me to hospital to see the doctor. Doctor said our environment of city is too bad, because we manufacture coal. Taking medicine is a way to solve this problem, but the most important point is move to a clean place. I just can take medicine to prevent it. Now, I am in America, I can breath clean air, and then I naturally resolve this confusing problem.

My last three meals: at breakfast I drank a big cup of fresh fruit juice that skim milk mixed some fresh fruits including banana, strawberry, blueberry and orange. I ate non-sauces salad, yogurt, cheese bacon potato soup and a peanuts muffin for my lunch. Then, I only drink green tea and some vegetable soup at dinner.
I think I eat well and maybe I am following Pollan’s tip 1 “Eat food, Not too much, mostly plants” Because I eat some food until I am 80% full every meal and more fresh fruits and vegetable limit my meat intake. In addition, I want to follow with my teacher Lauren’s suggestion changing my SKIM MILK instead of 2%MILK.

Malaria is an intermittent and remittent fever caused by a protozoan parasite that invades the red blood cells. The parasite is spread by female Anopheles mosquitoes. If a mosquito bites a person already infected with malaria, it can also become infected and spread the parasite on to other people. However, malaria can't be spread directly from person to person. In the early stages, malaria symptoms are sometimes similar to those of many other infections caused by bacteria, viruses, or parasites. Symptoms may include fever, chills, headache, sweats, fatigue, nausea and vomiting.
The way to prevent getting malaria is making mosquitoes not able to bite you. First, you should stay in well-screened areas at night. You should avoid sleeping outside or vicinity areas where mosquitoes like to live. Second, always use a bed-net impregnated with insecticides. You should keep the air conditioning on, as mosquitoes tend to stay out of cool, air-conditioned rooms. Third, Go for long sleeves Wear long sleeve shirts and trousers in the evening and at night. The less skin that is exposed, the better. Additionally, you can treat your clothes with permethrin in order to increase your protection. The primary objective of treatment is to ensure a rapid and complete elimination of the Plasmodium parasite from the patient’s blood.

Today I ate frozen meal(rice with beef) as breakfast. For lunch I ate soup and three donuts. Every donut had sugary powder on it and one had strawberry jam inside it. Lastly for dinner, I ate kind of burger which contains pickles and meats and spicy sauce and fries with coke.
I don't think I am eating well. I have to eat more plants and should avoid buying frozen meals from supermarket.
