    EAR INFECTION
The ear infection is a popular and common disease in children but there are plenty of children with severe ear infections whose parents ignore this disease. Generally speaking, their parents think children just get a common cold in the beginning; they do not realize the disease is ear infection. Actually, the ear infection usually caused by a cold, it is most often a bacterial or viral infection that affects the middle ear and cause fluid to become trapped in the middle ear. As well as, the symptoms of ear infection in children are ear pain, difficultly sleeping, difficultly hearing or responding to sounds, headache and fever. That means, parents should usually observe your child’s physical conditions. If they always feel ear uncomfortable or usually get fever, you should take your child to see the doctor. Do not dismiss this disease because it can lead to more serious diseases such as severe fever, respiratory failure, even deafness.
In facts, if your child has got ear infection just for a short time, you could not worry about it too much. The reason is, nowadays the development of medical is very well. For instance, you can eat some medicines or use some prescription eardrops to relieve pain. Also, you can use some simple physical methods like applying a warm cloth to the affected ear. In contrast, if your child is a serious patient you should take your child to the hospital to check the ear as soon as possible. Sometimes, the child needs to be hospitalized for comprehensive treatment. In otherwise, the child needs surgery to treat.
Fortunately, there are some good ways to prevent ear infection. At first, you should to prevent your child exposure to secondhand smoke and avoid get a cold or other illness. For example, you need smoking in outside and let your child wash hands often. The second, you can arrange the nutrition and balance meals for child like adding more vegetables in the meals and less junk food. It is important to keep child body health and avoid illness. Eventually, ear infection is a great harm to children’s disease; parents should spend more time to take care of children and do not ignores any small disease.

    Ear infection
What is ear infection? First kids can get a lot of infections. In fact, 2 out of 3 times, such as when kids get colds, they also wind up with infections in their ears. The main reasons are that their immune systems are immature and that their little ears don’t drain as well as adult’s ears do. The most important is what kind of ear infections; different ear infections also have different symptoms and method of treatment. First we need to know how much kind of ear infections. An infection in the outer ear is often called Swimmer’s Ear. It usually happens when the ear stays wet long enough to breed germs. But even if your kid hasn’t been swimming, a scratch from something like a cotton swab or who knows what kids stick in there can cause trouble. Watch out if your child’s ear gets itchy or hurts when touched. The answer is usually just medicated eardrops and keeping ears dry. Other one is inside kid’s ear; the Eustachian tube is a canal that connects your middle ear to your throat. It keeps fluid and air pressure from building up inside your ear. Colds flu and allergies can all irritate the Eustachian tube and cause it to swell up.
What are ear infection symptoms? The main warning sign of infection is sharp ear pain. Your child may be especially uncomfortable lying down, so he might have a hard time sleeping. Other problems are trouble hearing; fever; fluid oozing from ears and dizziness also has stuffy of nose.
How do you know what kind of kid’s ear infection? The only way to know for sure if your child has an ear infection is for a doctor to check inside her ear with a device called an horoscope. The is basically just a tiny flashlight with a magnifying lens for the doctor to look through. A healthy eardrum looks sort of clear and pinkish-gray. An infected eardrum looks red and swollen.
If your kid’s getting ear infection don’t worry too much, because the technology of medical is very maturely by now. You can get some medicine form doctor such as Amoxicillin, Roxithromycin and
    Cephalosporium.
Now I want to talk about preventing Ear Infections. The biggest cause of middle ear infections is the common cold, so avoiding cold viruses is good for ears, too. The best way to stop germs is to make sure your child washes her hands well and often. Other ways to prevent ear infections include keeping your child away form secondhand smoke, getting annual flu shots, and breastfeeding your baby for at least 6 months to boost her immune system.

    Diabetes

Diabetes is one of the chronic kidney disease which includes conditions that damage your kidneys and decrease their ability to keep you healthy by doing the jobs listed. You may only know that diabetes is related to the insulin problem. Many would not know the exact definition of diabetes, symptoms, causes, and treatments. Diabetes is a metabolic disease in which body's inability to produce any or enough insulin causes elevated levels of glucose in the blood. There is two types of diabetes. Type 1 and type 2. However symptoms of them are same. People who have diabetes, urinate often, feel very thirsty doesn't matter drink a lot of water or not. Also they feel extreme fatigue, have blurry vision, and heal slowly when they have cut. Also they lose weight.
Cause of diabetes type 1 is lack of insulin. This is because of the destruction of insulin producing beta cells in the pancreas. The beta cells become destroyed when they get autoimmune diseases. Unfortunately type 1 diabetes cannot be prevented. There is two possible treatment for type 1 diabetes and they are insulin treatment. First one is insulin injections. Insulin must be injected, because if it were taken as a tablet, it would be broken down in your stomach – like food – and would be unable to enter your bloodstream. Insulin injections are usually given by an injection pen, which is also known as an insulin pen or auto-injector. Most people need two to four injections a day. Second is insulin pump therapy. Insulin pump therapy is an alternative to injecting insulin. An insulin pump is a small device that holds insulin. The pump is attached to you by a long, thin piece of tubing, with a needle at the end, which is inserted under your skin. The pump allows insulin to continuously flow into your bloodstream at a rate you can control. This means you no longer need to give yourself injections. Doctors recommend patients to take control of their health, eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly.
Type 2 diabetes is caused because body cannot produce enough insulin due to combination of factors such as insulin resistance, a condition in which body's muscle, fat, and ineffectiveness of liver cells. Unlike type 1, It can be prevented or delayed. Treatment of type 2 is all about changing their lifestyle. Increasing the amount of fibre in their diet and reducing their fat intake can help prevent diabetes, as well as manage the condition if you already have it. Doctors recommend them to choose foods that are low in fat. Patients are also recommended to eat fruit, unsalted nuts and low-fat yoghurts. Other treatments are losing weight and doing some physical activities.
