    1. First reaction that people have to the increased feeling of busyness is “we do not have enough time to relax.” Another reaction is that they feel they do not have time to do things they want to do. In general, I usually have their second reaction. For example, when I have to do a lot of homework, I usually feel that I need more time to do exercise or play ball game. In addition, when I was in high school, this feeling came all the time, because I was work so hard and did not have any leisure time.
    2. One example of how people multitask during leisure time is they watching TV and surfing internet at same time. I usually multitask in my leisure time. It is because I want to do more things I want to do in limit time. Another reason is that my leisure time is not enough for me to do all things I want. Therefore, the example of this is that I usually reading book during exercising time.
    3. One example of a no-brainer leisure activity is watching TV. I prefer to multitask in my leisure time. When I have some leisure time, I prefer to think something and do something at same time. The reason is that I cannot stop thinking, it make me feel that I am wasting time. Therefore, if I am watching TV, I will search something that I am interested in.
    4. It is because these people feel too tired during working time, and become couch potatoes can let them feel relax. I am not couch potatoes in leisure time. The reason is that I can’t stop thinking. Thinking for me is the most important thing in my life. Sometimes, I feel too tired but if I start watching TV, or other leisure time activities, I can’t stop thinking.

    1. The first reaction that people have the increased feeling of busyness is that people haven't enough time to relax. The second reaction is that some people haven't time to do what they want to do. As for me, I usually haven't enough time to do what I want to do. For instance, my favorite hobbit is to go abroad traveling, however when I worked before, I hadn't about seven more days holiday, so I had to squeeze time to go traveling or apply for being on a business trip abroad.
    2. The professor talked about that because many people haven't enough relaxation time therefore they try to do as much as possible during their leisure time, for example when some people are watching TV they are also using tech products, such as cellphone and computer. Yes I usually have multitask during my leisure time due to I want to effectively use my leisure time. For instance, when I am doing yoga I can listen my music at same time; similarly, when I am cooking, I can watch TV.
    3. The example is that many people are so tired after work at home, they do nothing only watch TV and sleep, in other words we call these people "couch potatoes". I prefer to multitask than do no-brainer activities in my leisure time. Because I haven't enough time to relax but I know what I want to do and I try to do all these activities as much as I can on weekends, such as doing yoga, shopping, listening to music, cooking healthy food and go to movie.
    4. According to the lecture we can learn about many people watching TV so much due to TV can apply easy to skip. In contrast, I'm not a couch potato because I usually get up early on the weekends sometime earlier than weekdays, I don't want to waste time to sleep so much, I have a lot activities to do, such as homework, housework, going to the movie, doing yoga, cooking Chinese food and shopping. Although I also prefer to watch TV, I would limit time for 2 hours on each day of weekends.

    1. The first reaction that people have to the increased feeling of busyness is people have not enough time to relaxed. The second reaction is some people have not enough time to do what they want to do. Actually, I always have not enough time to do what I want to do. For example, I want to sleep long time or watch TV show at home during my leisure time but usually I need to clean my room or do my homework. As well as, sometimes my friend call me to hang out with them. Therefore, I have not enough time to do what I want.
    2. The example is people usually want to do as much as possible among the leisure time. Such as they watch TV and use technology products at same time. I always do multitask during my leisure time because I want to make a thorough relaxation also want to chat with my friends or parents. For instance, I always play video and use wechat to talk with my friends at the same time or cooking a meal and talk with my parents, it is my strange habit.
    3. One example of a no-brainer leisure activity is when people finish their work they always spend lots of time to watch TV. As for me, I would like to do two or more things at same time because no-brainer activity will make me lazy.
    4. The reason is people are usually hard working but tired at home. Become a couch potato it easy to feel relax. To be honest, I am not a couch potato because I do not like to lying on the sofa whole day, and I think it is waste time very much. I prefer to reading some books, play with my pets or watching some talk show online.

2.The video said that many people watching TV and some people like to read, but all of this is low energy choose.Even if the people have leisure time but they also can't feel busyness cause this choose.I usually play computer games at leisure time,I want to effectively use my leisure time but the time is really fast I can't do that.
3.The example is that many people are so tired after work at home, they don't want do anything just watching TV and sleep,we call these people "couch potatoes".At leisure time usually I think about my future life and go to shopping or cooking at home.

    1. First reaction that people have to the increased feeling of busyness is they have not enough time to relax and second reaction is they don’t have enough time to do what they want to do. I usually have second reaction, for example when I studied in high school and I wanted to learn what I interesting in like software designing but I don’t have any leisure time to do that.
    2. There is an example about how people multitask during leisure time, people watch TV at same time, they surfing the internet. I usually multitask at my leisure time. Because I don’t have enough time to step by step to do what I should I do. For example, when I have breakfast and I will check the e-mail and the news.
    3. One example of no-brainer activity is watching TV. I prefer to multitask because I like to play computer games and use my brain to think about how to win this game and I feel that is funny and make me feel relaxed.
    4. Because people feel too tired during working time and couch potatoes can let them completely relaxed. I am not couch potatoes in my leisure time. Because I have lot of activities like to do in my leisure time for example shopping with my friends or go to gym. Those activities can relax my body and my mind.

    2. One example of multitask in leisure time is surfing internet when they watch TV. I never multitask in my leisure time. I think leisure time is time for relax. It's foolish thing to be busy even in the leisure time. I do things one by one. I play video games after watching the movie. I don't do these two things in same time.
    3. Watching TV is an example of no-brainer leisure activity. I prefer no-brainer activities in my leisure time. If I use my brain hard even in the leisure time, my brain would not work very well at next work or study. It also helps not to feel tired after leisure time. Sometimes I do multitask in leisure time and I can't focus on class the next day.
    4. Some people become couch potato because they work too hard and become tired when they get back home. Also it's because watching TV is easiest way to escape from multiple responsibilities. I don't become couch potato. I don't work too hard to make myself completely burnt out. I do some energy need activities in leisure time such as exercising.

    1. One of the reactions that people have to the increased feeling of busyness is we have not time to relax, another reaction is we have no time to do something we want to do. Personally, the second reaction usually happened in my life. When I was high school student in China, i had lots of homework to do every day, so i didn’t have enough time to do something I interested, such like/for instance go to gym to build my body and look latest fashion show. Today, I also have much work of English to do.

    2. The example of how people multitask during leisure time is someone watching TV and surfing internet in the same time. I often do multitask in my leisure time. Because my leisure time is too short to do things one by one, and I have many things to do. So I used my iPad to listen news and used computer to search information simultaneously.

    3. One example of a no-brainer leisure activity is watching TV. As for me, it depend on whether I am tired. If I am tired, I will choice no-brainer activity absolutely, because I just want to relax at this situation. But if I am in energy, I will do many things and maybe I will do two or three of those things simultaneously.

    4. The reason of people become couch potatoes is they feel too tired and want no-brainer activity. In my opinion, I won’t waste time because I need to receive too much information about knowledge and career for my future to entry a company. The important things for me is make friends who in different personally, because the ability of communicate to other people and make a good relationship is necessary.
