Answer:
1. The new model of climbing the ladder best matches my personality. It is because, I believe that learning new things is more important than loyal for a company. Therefore, it will work well in my future career. I would like to change company if I find that I cannot learn more things from the company. In addition, it will help me make more income than stay in one company for a long time.
2. In traditional model, some career will work well. For example, researcher need a stable environment for them to do research. On the other hand, sales people will work well in new model. In my home country, the model is changing. In the past, which is our parent’s generation, people prefer to work in one company for a long time. They think that steady income is most important. However, the main worker’s generation in my country is changing. In my generation, people prefer to change their companies for better income or climb the ladder faster. Therefore, in the future, my country’s model will be similar to America’s.

1.In my opinion new model of climbing the ladder best matches my personality, except starting at small company to get experience. As for me, I will choose a big company or the best one due to I prefer focusing the companies’ frame and brand. First, this model is currently more popular in world, I should follow with the period step in order to get more opportunities on good job. Secondly, it is easy to take less time than traditional model to get what ladder you want. Eventfully, new model is flexible that is important for me. Maybe after few years I want to be off work to go traveling, I can quit my job at any time. After coming back I also can find job. I think this method would work well in my future career. Because after I graduate MBA, I am planning to choose a big America company to practice new experience and skills for a few months. Then, I am planning to have my own company in America. Therefore, the flexible new model is best for my future career.
2.1) Definitely there are some careers that would work well in each model. For example, in traditional model there are government worker, doctor, teacher and judge. Likewise, there are businessman, actors, writer, media, liberal workers etc.
2) In my home country, which model most common depends on different regions. There are radically different culture, climate, economic situation and pattern between Northern and Southern in China. In Northern of China, more famers are counting on planting corn and wheat to live. Therefore, the traditional model is most common. Most parents anticipate that their children would have a stable job and salary, then after retiring them also can be taken care of government. By contrast, in Southern of China, the new model is most common. First, there are many coastal cities, such as Shanghai, Fujian, Shenzhen, Guangdong, the richest regions almost are in Southern. Nevertheless, due to warmer and rainy climate there are average two seasons or three seasons crops in a year, but Southern crop is ripe only once.
3) I predict that there are some aspects similar to US. First, it also depends on different regions, main economic and person group. On the other hand, there are some different aspects from China. Most America people are more approached relax lives and working. They would like to go travelling, staying with family members, being loyal to their hobbies, in one word, most people know what they really want! Even they don’t care their higher quality education whether can match with their desert job. For instance although a person majored in science math and graduated the most famous university, perhaps he chased a driver work just he like it.

1. In my opinion, the new model of climbing the ladder best matches my personality. I think it would work well in my future career. Because if I start at a small company, I will get more basic experience. When I go to another company, I can get more experience and get more opportunities. Suffering more and get more, life will be better.
2. The traditional model is stable, my mother’s career is a good example. She has worked almost 20 years in her company. She still working in her company and now she is vice president in her company. She works well in traditional. Now in China, most young people using new model. According to the new model, they may get a good job or set up business by their selves. It is different between China and US. Because the most common model is traditional model in China. Most people want to get a more stable job. But the new model more common in the US.
