    Summary
    This article is about fat for brains. First part is about saturated fats from meat and unsaturated fats such as vegetable oil how be balanced. The beat way is consume less than 20 percent saturated fats. Then, author introduce a kind of unsaturated fats, which is omega-3 fatty acids. It usually from sea fish and is good for human’s brain. The last part of the article is about how one kind of omega-3s, DHA increase people’s IQ and depression.

    Summary
    The article focuses on the topic of fat for brains. First, the author introduced good and bad fat , their affects and advised a balanced-fat diet. The author mentioned two fat, one is saturated fat which the sources come from meat, butter and animal products; the other is unsaturated fat that the sources come from vegetable oils and nuts. Secondly, the author goes on with fatty acids, which is Omega-3s, it can be got from sea fish such as salmon and tuna. The last paragraph the author gave a evidence that DHA, which can affect people's IQ and depression.

    The article is talking about fat for brains. First of all, the author talked about good and bad fat. The saturated fats come from meat, butter and other animal products. The unsaturated fats include vegetable oils, nuts and avocados. So we need to keep a balance diet. Second, the author explain fatty acids. This is most important are omega-3. It comes from sea fish. It also good for brain. last, the author said omega-3s and the brain. The DHA can improve people's IQ and depression

    Today, the article is talk about fat for brains. At first the author tell us what is saturated and unsaturated fats,also tell us how to keep balance of fats. Then the author introduce omega-3s, it's important for development of people brain. And they usually get from sea fish, for instance , salmon and tuna. Last, author through a study give us an evidence about DHA, it can influence people 's IQ and depression.

    The fat for brains has divided into two parts, saturated and unsaturated fats. Saturated fats come from meat, butter and animal products which can cause heart disease and makes people depressed. The unsaturated fats come from vegetables, nuts and avocados, which can cause weight problems by getting high-calorie food. Omega-3s are found in fatty fish, which can develop brain and prevent heart disease. A research show that DHA has positive effects on brain health and fight depression.

    This passage is talking about fats and brains. First, the article shows us two kinds of fats, which are saturated fats and unsaturated fats. Saturated fats comes from animal products such as meat, butter and milk and this kind of fats may cause heart disease and makes people feel depressed. Another kind of fats is unsaturated fats which comes from vegetables, nuts and avocados. The unsaturated fats may cause weight problems. In the next part of the article, it shows us the Omega-3 which comes from fish such as salmon. Omega-3s is good for human brain. We also learnt about DHA, which is provided by pregnant women. DHA will enhance baby's concentration and help those people who have mental diseases.
