Becoming a leader, you have to equip with sense of responsibility, perseverance and communication skill. First, there is avoidably to bear more and more burden for being a leader; therefore, as s leader have to assume the responsibility of those duties. Furthermore, with more and more burden you have to take, the more difficulties you will encounter, so perseverance become an important quality for a leader at the same time. In the end, since the leaders always need to assign work to the staffs, good communication skill will help leader have a great interaction with his/her staffs.
5. How can I prepare an interview?
As a manager, you are already in an upper position of the company, hence, in my view, you have to present your leader your ambition to become a company leader; moreover, the most significant thing is showing the improvement about yourself in the period of being a manager. To be more specific, first, letting your CEO know how deeply you desire to be a company leader is the first step to assist your own to get the opportunity. Second, you have to persuade your CEO you already enhance your abilities by the experience of being a manager. Consequently, the last thing you have to notice is making sure you already made an outline which list all the matters you prepare to present to your CEO before your interview.

1 Female leaders are definitely different from male leaders especially reflect on the aspect of multitasking, social and strong observation skill.

2.Shortly, a leader needs mainly 5 qualities. A leader has to be very decisive, need a petience, be confident and have strong mind. Within all these kinds of qualities a person can become a hero of someone. These are necessary because a person is usally recognized as hero by its persons behavior and characteristics. These qualities are something that people are looking foward from a hero.
3. The traditional leader use have a stronger image than today's leader. Being a leader in the past means he or she is in the on the top of the hierarchy. All the other guys who's below the leader must obay and must not comment on whatever they say or on their action. Leader in the past was literally like a god. They could do whatever they want to do to his worker because at that time labour law was not very fair. However, today's day, the right of the employers has become quite strong that it is possible that if they do not like their leader, they do no have to follow them. In order to get recognize by these imployers, a leader suppose to have kind of moral and succession. Another word, a leader need to show the good result for the team, however, only with a good result is not enough. A leader have to be moral. That is because a leader is a representative of a team.
