In this world, sometimes we can not avoid the extreme weather event, but we can try our best to test it by developed technology. In last three months, we met the heavy rain in my hometown. In that moment, there was the dark sky. I felt it is very scared. Appeared a lot of water on the road. In some low place the cars can not go through. Unfortunately, in a residential area, a child was missed by a small amount of flood. This residential area is a old building, there formed a steep slope and there was much soil on the slope. So, this heavy rain leaded to a child was killed.
During this heavy rain, some roof of the houses were broken by heavy rain. These roof of the houses were leaked water by the heavy rain. The residents just can live in the hotels. They were very amazed and upset and lost a lot of economic interests.

There was a heavy snow in New York State at Jan. It was a snowstorm. Every day, there was over 10 feet of total snowfall in Oswego. Navigating down snow-choked streets and sidewalks became a daily challenge for the government. In addition, people was too hard to sweep the snow in their yard. Many cars were buried under snow. Due to this heavy snowstorm. SUNY Oswego’s first day after winter break was pushed.
Many people just can stay in the house. However, there were some students from college be volunteers to help people sweep their yard. Unfortunately, some of them were injured by slip. The temperature during this week was low to -20F and high to 0F.

Sometime weather is spokesperson for natural.Sometime is good,sometime is bad.Today,I want talking about Typhoon Nina in 1975.When 1975 Typhoon Nina come to China, it brought a lot of precipitation, break off road and information of 15 days cause it,so many people death in the Typhoon Nina.
Heavy rain turn into flood, it continued for five days and nights.300,000 people deaths and 5.96 million houses collapsed.Sometimes the weather is very terrible, I hope it will not happen again.

Nowadays, because we are pollution to the environment, so there are many bad weather. Such as, heavy snow, rainstorm and haze. In my hometown last month, they have a serious haze and the visibility is only five meters. I think is very terrible. The haze make the traffic congestion and all school closed. Also, people walked in the street is dangerous due to they can saw the road clearly.Fortunately, no body was injured. Then the weather report said, in the next few days still have haze. Most people think haze is bad for our healthy and it not convenient to hang out. In the end they hope the government can limit pollution and everybody should protect out environment.

In May 20th, 2013. A giant tornado attacked Oklahoma. The wind speed is 320 kilometer per hour. Lots of buildings are destroy by tornado. This tornado has killed at least 91 people and almost 233 people are injured, include 20 children. The biggest diameter about this tornado almost 2 kilometers long and it sustained 40 minutes.
Lots of weather professors estimated the energy about the tornado is 8 multiples than atomic bomb. Lots of residents house are destroy and residents said they are very scared and lots of people said they never saw the giant tornado before.

On January 2rd, a severe snow storm gave Boston a white world and brought a blanket of snow and ice. The powerful snow storm bought a strong wind to many coastal areas, the wind was over 36 miles per hour. Heavy snow continue to hit the region with a couple of hours. It was extremely cold outside, because the average temperature was only minus five degrees.
The airport was closed because of the heavy snow storm. What’s worse, it caused several traffic accidents. Because the lack of visibility, snow covered roads greatly increases the probability of an accident. Some areas suffered power outage and some people without enough food. Fortunately, volunteers and polices helped them to solve those difficulties on time. Most of school cancelled the classes and students were happy to play in the snow, make snowmen, have snowball fights or even go skiing.

On January 1 , 2016 in XIN JIANG CHINA , a heavy snow caught every people by surprise . According to local weather station , 100cm high snow on the ground , the highest is 150cm . It caused many trees to fall down and animals were dead . All the transportation were closed , even highway were blocked . people went outside just by horses . Therefore, many students can't go to school and workers can't go to work . Most of people were all cleaning the heavy snow from day to night , in addition , soldiers also joined in residents , on the road there were all snowplows working . But it were still snowing , preliminary reported the snow would stop in two days .1
